The YUVIKA 2025 program will be conducted at seven prestigious ISRO centers across India:

- Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC), Thiruvananthapuram
- Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC), Sriharikota
- U. R. Rao Satellite Centre (URSC), Bengaluru
- Space Applications Centre (SAC), Ahmedabad
- National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC), Hyderabad
- North-Eastern Space Applications Centre (NE-SAC), Shillong
All expenses, including accommodation, meals, and educational materials, will be covered by ISRO. Additionally, travel expenses for selected students will be reimbursed as per ISRO’s guidelines. The maximum reimbursement is limited to II AC train fare or equivalent bus fare (including Volvo buses authorized by the state government). Students must submit original travel tickets for reimbursement.
