Guidelines for Junior Colleges
TSBIE has issued specific guidelines to ensure a uniform academic session across all junior colleges in Telangana:
- Summer Vacation for Private Unaided Colleges: These institutions must strictly follow the summer vacation period from March 30, 2025, to June 1, 2025.
- Public Holidays: All junior colleges must adhere to the public holiday schedule as declared by the Government of Telangana.
- Admissions: The admission process should be conducted as per the official schedule set by TSBIE to ensure smooth enrollment of students.
Examinations and Evaluation
The board has outlined a clear schedule for all key examinations:
- Half-Yearly Exams in November 2025 will serve as an initial assessment for students.
- Pre-Final Exams in January 2026 will help students prepare for their final exams.
