Eligibility Criteria for NSC Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification:- Translator (Official Language)
- Master’s degree in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory/elective subject or medium of examination.
OR - Master’s degree in any subject with Hindi or English medium and English or Hindi as a compulsory/elective subject.
OR - Master’s degree in any subject with both Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects or one as a medium of examination.
Desirable Qualifications:
Knowledge of one language other than Hindi is mentioned in the Eight Schedule of the Constitution. Diploma or certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa from a recognized institution.
Experience:
Two years of translation experience from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central/ State Government offices, including Government of India undertakings. This experience is not required if the candidate has the desirable qualifications mentioned above.
Scale of Pay:
Basic Pay (BP): Rs.22,000 – Rs.77,000/-
Allowances: DA, Perks, HRA, Medical facilities, NSC New Pension Scheme, Gratuity, EPF, etc. as per rules.
Selection Process for NSC Recruitment 2024
Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT) to assess knowledge and skills.
Stage 2: Merit list based on CBT marks; shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
Stage 3: Final selection based on CBT merit and document verification.
