NTPC Deputy Manager Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
1. Deputy Manager (Electrical Erection)
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech Degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience, including training/trainee periods, in sectors like Power, Steel, Refinery, Fertilizer, Oil & Gas, or Cement. Out of these, a minimum of 3 years must be in site experience in Erection/Maintenance/Commissioning in Electrical areas.
2. Deputy Manager (Mechanical Erection)
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience in relevant sectors such as Power, Steel, Refinery, Fertilizer, Oil & Gas, or Cement, with at least 3 years of site experience in Erection/Maintenance/Commissioning in Mechanical areas.
3. Deputy Manager (C&I Erection)
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech Degree in Electronics/Control & Instrumentation/Instrumentation Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience in relevant sectors, with at least 3 years of site experience in Erection/Maintenance/Commissioning in C&I areas.
4. Deputy Manager (Civil Construction)
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience in Power, Steel, Refinery, Fertilizer, Oil & Gas, or Cement sectors, including 3 years of site experience in Civil Construction.

NTPC Deputy Manager Recruitment Age Limit 2024
The upper age limit for all the posts is 40 years. Age relaxation will be provided as per government guidelines:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
Pay Scale
The selected candidates will be appointed in the E4 Grade, with a pay scale of INR 70,000 – 2,00,000 (IDA). Additional allowances, benefits, and perks will be provided as per NTPC’s policy.
