Job Description :
Receive Work Orders/Print job requests from Clients in the US (Books, Magazines, Show Collateral etc.)
Coordinate with Printers and Shipping/Mailing agencies in US and get estimates & schedules for the jobs.
Prepare estimate in-house if the rates/pricing are available.
Choose the best/economical option and place orders to vendors.
Coordinate & oversee printing and shipping of products.
Prepare job orders for Printers with specifications, i.e., Print technology, machine to be used, paper, ink to be used, binding/folding/cutting methods etc.
Track and obtain invoices for delivered products/jobs from the vendors.
Approve and code invoices and submit to clients Accounts Payable team for payment.
Skills Required:
Diploma or Degree in Print Technology knowledge of print machinery, processing, paper stock, ink etc.
Should have worked with Printers/in Printing houses.
Should have client handling experience.
Good written and oral communication skills.
