a. General Manager (HR):
Qualification: MBA / Two years Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in HR / HRD / Personnel Management.
Age Limit: Maximum 54 Years as on 10.11.2016.
Pay Scale: Rs.51,300 to 73,000/-

b. General Manager (Tech):

Qualification: Full Time Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics discipline with First class.
Age Limit: Maximum 54 Years as on 10.11.2016.
Pay Scale: Rs.51,300 to 73,000/-

c. Company Secretary:
Qualification: Passed Final Examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Age Limit: Maximum 54 Years as on 10.11.2016.
Pay Scale: Rs.51,300 to 73,000/-

d. Deputy General Manager (Admin):
Educational Qualification: Graduate with diploma.
Age Limit: Maximum 50 Years as on 10.11.2016.
Pay Scale: Rs.36,600 to 62,000/-

e. Assistant Manager (Safety):
Qualification: Full-Time Degree in any branch of Engineering from a recognized University.
Age Limit: Maximum 34 Years as on 10.11.2016.
Pay Scale: Rs.20,600 to 46,500/-

f. Senior Officer (Fire):
Qualification: NBCD(I) qualified CPO / Master Chief Petty Officer of Indian Navy (Ex-Serviceman).
Age Limit: Maximum 30 Years as on 10.11.2016.
Pay Scale: Rs.16,400 to 40,500/-

Processing fee:
The candidates have to Processing fee of Rs.300/- (including Bank Charges of Rs. 40/-) shall be applicable for the candidates. Applicants belonging to SC / ST / PWD (Persons With Disability) are exempted from such payment of processing fee.
