Uttar Pradesh Police department has announced massive capacity addition program whereby they have invited applications for 2842 computer operators and for 7 positions for computer programmers.
Eligibility Criteria:
Age :Individuals applying for post of computer operators should be between 18-28 years of age. Whereas applicants for position of computer programmers need to be between 18 to 30 years of age.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates interested in applying for post of computer operator should have cleared their 12th grade examinations with Physics and Math. They need to possess ‘O’ level certification from DOEACCO or any other certification of the same grade.Competitors interested in applying for post of computer programmer should have a degree in any stream. They should also an ‘A’ level diploma in DOEACC .Individuals who have obtained their post graduate degree in computer applications can also apply for the same.Please note that all the certifications should be from a government recognized institute.

How to Apply
Individuals who fulfill the eligibility criteria can apply online by visiting http://uppbpb.gov.in or http://prpb.up.nic.in. Applicants must first use the registration link to register online. Once they register themselves, they will need to fill the online application form. Once you have submitted the application form, you shall receive login id and password on your mobile phone. You will need to take a print out of payment challan on the website.Candidates need to make the payment towards application fee at any State of India or Punjab National Bank Branches.A day after application fees are paid, candidates will require to upload their scanned photograph and signature and fill the personal information details. This will complete the application process.
Application fee for above mentioned positions is Rs 200 only.
