Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Retainer Doctor position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Educational Qualification:
- MD (Medicine)/MS (General Surgery) or
- MBBS with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a General Practitioner.
Preferred Qualifications: MD (Medicine)/MS (General Surgery) candidates will be preferred over MBBS candidates.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Practitioner.
IOCl Recruitment 2024 Remuneration and Contract Details
Hourly Rate:
- MD (Medicine)/MS (General Surgery): Rs. 1390/- per hour
- MBBS: Rs. 1075/- per hour
Maximum Monthly Remuneration: Based on actual attendance, up to 52 hours per month.
Annual Increase: A 5% increase on a cumulative basis will be provided annually.
Contract Duration: The initial contract period is 3 years, with the option for a 2-year extension based on mutual agreement. Either party can terminate the contract with 3 months’ notice.
