Applications will be screened on the basis of the following parameters on a 100-point scale:
1. Educational Qualification, CV Evaluation, Length of Service (25 Marks)

Candidates have to apply online only through the www.rites.com website.
Time to submit online application; The system will generate a ‘Registration Number’. Above is the online form filled out by the candidate. A copy of this online application form containing the registration number should be printed, signed, and attached with the application in the prescribed format (Annexure II) along with a detailed CV and sent along with the mentioned documents after approval by the Cadre Control Authority.
Applications should be sent through the concerned Administrative Officer (HOD) and duly forwarded by the Railway Board indicating No Objection, Vigilance/DAR clearance, and Vigilance/D&AR records indicating the details of penalty and ACR/APRs imposed on the applicant during the applicant’s service. Last 05 years. Applicants should send their application in the prescribed format (Annexure II) along with a detailed CV.
